By accessing or using BuilderAI Kits services you accept these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

BuilderAI Kits provides modular AI toolkit services including:

  • Pre-built AI inference kits accessible via REST API
  • Dashboard for kit management and usage analytics
  • SDK libraries for popular programming languages

The platform is in active development. Features and availability may change.

3. Accounts

3.1 Registration

  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Keep credentials confidential
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • You are liable for all activity under your account

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 require parental consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You must NOT use our kits to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Infringe on third-party intellectual property
  • Distribute malware or exploit vulnerabilities
  • Circumvent rate limits or security controls
  • Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer our systems
  • Impersonate individuals or organizations
  • Generate spam or unsolicited bulk messages
  • Build competing toolkit services using our outputs

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our IP

All platform code, designs, and documentation are owned by BuilderAI Kits and protected by IP law.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of inputs you send to our kits. You grant us a limited license to process them solely for service delivery.

5.3 Kit Outputs

Subject to plan terms, you own outputs generated by our kits in response to your inputs. You are responsible for ensuring lawful use of outputs.

6. Billing

6.1 Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6.2 Price Changes

We provide 30 days notice before price adjustments. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

6.3 Cancellation

Cancel anytime via dashboard or API. Access continues until the current billing period ends.

7. API Terms

  • Keep API keys secret -- rotate immediately if compromised
  • Respect your plan's rate and token limits
  • Do not resell raw API access without written authorization
  • Implement proper error handling and retry logic

8. Disclaimers

Service Provided "As Is"

BuilderAI Kits is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Accuracy or fitness of AI outputs for any purpose
  • Timely correction of defects

Always review AI-generated content before use in production. We are not liable for decisions based on kit outputs.

9. Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuilderAI Kits is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including:

  • Lost revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Service downtime or data corruption
  • Damages arising from AI outputs

Total liability is capped at amounts paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify BuilderAI Kits against claims arising from:

  • Your use of the platform
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Infringement of third-party rights
  • Content generated through our kits

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Terms violations
  • Suspected fraud or abuse
  • Extended inactivity
  • Legal or regulatory reasons

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

13. Disputes

Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Failing that, binding arbitration applies.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are communicated via email and site banner. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in full effect.
